Take a look at this 2004 Four Winds 27' Bunkhouse travel trailer.  Market value on this model is closer to 7k, but we've priced it "As Is" to make someone a great buy on what is overall a nice little trailer.

Everything is working that we have tried.  The tires are nearly new and the floorplan, even though there is no slide out, is quite rooms with an absolute ton of storage are including a huge rear garage.  As a bonus, it even comes with a nice weight distribution hitch.  Some dings here and there outside, but the interior is very nice for it's age.  The worst thing we've found is that the awning is completely tattered.  We do have a quote for $500 to have a new fabric installed on it.  

We thought though, that someone may want this now to use a great place to stay warm and dry this hunting season, so we have priced it to make a great deal on it as it is.  Come check it today as it's likely not going to last more than a couple days.
