Found this place by accident while looking for another dealer in Prineville. I didn't know it but It was my lucky day! I had three days to buy a car for my step daughter so she could move 600 miles away for college. Plans for a car had fallen through with her Dad. I just humbly told the salesman Harley and Dan the owner my situation timeline and budget! I was not looking for charity Just honesty and integrity! I don,t ordinarily buy cars from used car lots. I was in need to get her a car quick though. I can't possibly put into words what these two honest, sincere, caring men did for me that day! They bent over backwards to get me the best deal on the most reliable car that I could afford! They did not pressure me! They did not lie to me! They did not make much profit on the car they sold us that day! They did this because they wanted to help me! They both have daughters and understood my situation. I really feel indebted to them! The deal they gave us was so good that I cried that day from the gratitude of knowing there are good honest people left in this world! Even car dealers lol! They are in business to help people! I had looked for a pickup for many months and had done my research. I found a truck at Integrity that interested me, and initially inquired by email. I got quick and honest responses! (Many dealers/sellers didn't even respond). I asked many questions about the truck and its history. Again, I got immediate and accurate responses. I went up to the dealership and bought the truck after a long talk with Gretchen (onsite) and eventually the owner Dan, who drove down personally to talk to me. I asked him to take care of a bunch of oil, transfer case, differential stuff before I came back to pick it up. He not only did it for me, but then informed me that the mechanic said it did not need anything but the oil change. Saved me a lot of money. When I came back to pick up the truck he ended up buying the Explorer I was driving (on the spot). Very nice people and I couldn't be happier with the transaction.

Yes the name really means what it states, Integrity not often found in car dealerships. I bought my Durango from Dan in October of 2017. There was absolutely NO pressure at all. While test driving it a handle broke on the inside they were over the top apologetic that it had happened and ordered the part right away to get it fixed. They are so honest and caring which you don't normally find in a typical car lot. I would recommend buying any vehicle from them and when I am ready to buy again that is where I will be going.
